Acara and David Farley, CEO and Global L&D Director, named their business after their daughter, because in their words:

Our Journey So Far

2018
The Start Of The AvA-V Journey
AvA-V burst into life in 2018 as an idea that two people had in their front room. The foundations of an industry-leading business were mapped out, detailing solutions that would help businesses reach the heights they deserve.
2019
Going Global
We started to expand our offerings to a global audience. We found quality candidates for businesses in Germany, trained a new wave of sales leaders in America and ran major volume campaigns in Australia, to name a few. Doing this allowed us to really deliver “world-class” solutions.
2020
Adapting Out Approach
The effects of the global pandemic hit hard, with businesses still needing to operate and sell to a greatly reduced customer base. AvA-V prevailed, offering digital sales solutions that helped global organisations sell during the height of the world’s shutdown. Whether this was setting up virtual volume programmes, digital sales training or facilitating online interviews, AvA-V helped businesses prevail.
2021
Growing Our Space
By this point, the AvA-V train had gathered real momentum. Our continued delivery of excellence meant we needed a new space to accommodate all the new heads joining the team. Moving into modern offices in the heart of Cheshire has allowed us to continue expanding.
2022
Receiving Recognition
It was only a matter of time before our hard work gained recognition, and 2022 was the year it finally happened. Acara Farley, our CEO, won an award at the Female CEO Of The Year Awards, winning the converted “Best Recruitment & Training Solutions CEO” award.
2023
We’re Not Slowing Down
A year of growth and continued dedication to delivering your 7-star experience, AvA-V introduced key new divisions, teams and processes implemented that have helped catapult us to further success (which has seen us win even more awards, by the way!) The more we grow, the more the quality of our work increases.
