LOCATION: Bradford, Yorkshire (Hybrid Role)
 
SALARY: Up to £28,000 base salary – Year 1 bonuses up to £6,000

Based in Bradford, our client are looking for a DETERMINED Telesales Executive to join the team to drive business growth and support senior recruiters in their ambitions. Our client possesses an amazing track record of developing and promoting talented individuals, with some reaching senior management roles within TWO years!
 
If you have 12 months of telesales experience in a B2B environment, we want to hear from YOU! You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager & Sales Team to deliver excellent services to our customers and help manage the sales process from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will be accountable for all sales appointments made on behalf of the regional sales team.
  • You shall build and manage your sales CRM pipeline.
  • You must help manage the sales process from initial contact up to the F2F visit.
  • You will develop a reputation for excellence in the marketplace.
  • You must establish, maintain and contribute to the relationship between offices and customers.
  • You shall work with KPIs, working hard to achieve and exceed targets.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

  • Experience generating new business using telephone-based sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Unafraid of picking up the phone and calling potential customers.
  • Fantastic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Energetic, lively and possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Highly organised and efficient in your work.
