SALARY: Basic salary up to £45,000 – OTE £55,000

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• You will provide a first-class service to our global clients.
• You shall assist with the design and delivery of bespoke training solutions.
• You must Identify training needs for both the individual and groups.
• You will deliver training and coaching as set out in a pre-agreed session plan with the client in a workshop environment around the UK or Worldwide.
• You must undertake all training from our Learning & Development Director to ensure your own continuous professional development.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales trainer, either as an associate or in-house.
• Proof that you can design a session plan, and deliver a quality workshop and overall topics in an agreed timeframe.
• A proven track record of delivering engaging, and stimulating training, with feedback to back this up.
• Willing to travel away from home to deliver session off-site.
• Knowledge of different methodology’s and teachings common within the Learning and Development World

• A competitive starting salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
• Excellent commission structure with a realistic Year 1 OTE of up to £55,000.
