Our client is the largest independent funding house in the UK, providing a mix of secured and unsecured loans to businesses who wish to purchase commercial property. Their average deal totalling around £150,000 so they’re looking for a Sales Executive who can help them achieve and grow these numbers. They pride themselves on being a people-based company that offers competitive rates and fast responses.
Our client is looking for a PASSIONATE and AMBITIOUS individual to join their expanding team as a Sales Executive and play an integral part in helping grow the organisation further.  This is a brilliant opportunity to take BIG steps into the world of sales within the funding sector, so if you’re looking for a role that offers endless opportunities to learn and earn… we want to hear from you!
You will receive on-the-job training, provided by our client’s expert team. Their Sales Executive knowledge will help you to grow into the role and you could find yourself on the phone in as little as 2 weeks! The role is office based in Tamworth, but occasional travel to a client on-site will be needed to sign some terms and conditions.
The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have some previous experience in a sales role. Individuals with experience in inside sales, telesales or cold calling who show that they have a solid understanding of how to COMMUNICATE with potential clients, and they will use their CHARISMA and PERSONALITY to them in their Sales Executive Role.

  • Confidently reach out to new and existing suppliers to offer suitable products daily, ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
  • Working to KPIs to ensure your goals and revenue target are hit and exceeded.
  • Aid the Regional Salesperson in achieving their KPIs and commission targets.
  • Cleansing data to ensure relevant and profitable leads are worked.
  • Constantly building relationships and rapport with your prospects through conversation and social networking.
  • Work towards hitting call and lead targets set daily/weekly.
  • Networking daily through a variety of tools to build a profitable lead base.


  • You must have experience in closing large revenue deals, an experience across the sales cycle and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • OR… at least 2 years worth of experience in B2B sales, constantly exceeding your KPIs.
  • Able to work comfortably within a collaborative team environment AND on your own in individual projects. Have strong communication and presentation skills to help build relationships.
  • Be unafraid of picking up the phone and talking to new people daily.
  • Previous experience with inside sales and telesales (ideally cold calling).
  • Can confidently work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst still producing high-quality results, with a desire to work hard and be RESILIENT to aid your success.


  • A great base salary of £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £30,000-£35,000 and upwards in Year 1.
