You shall receive on-the-job training as soon as you start to help you hit the ground running. Our client is keen for their new Sales Executive to get on the phones and start working towards their KPIs as quickly as possible.
The ideal Sales Executive candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B cold-calling role. Our client is looking for somebody with CHARM and CHARISMA who can win deals and manage those accounts going forward. If you have the required skills to grow your accounts, you could see your commission SKYROCKET.

  • You will bring new business onboard, winning clients with your outstanding sales skills.
  • You shall then manage these accounts, nurturing them to acquire more revenue.
  • You will work with KPIs, hitting a range of targets to aid business growth
  • You must work towards hitting daily and weekly call/lead targets
  • You will build relationships with clients over time, using your big personality to warm them to new sales opportunities


  • A minimum of 1-year experience in a B2B cold-calling environment
  • Experienced in onboarding new business and account managing said business
  • A proven track record of increasing revenue which will then increase your commission opportunities!
  • Familiar with working towards and exceeding targets.
  • Be unafraid of picking up the phone and talking to new people daily.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills to help build relationships.
  • A desire to work hard and be RESILIENT to aid your success.
  • Can confidently work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst still producing high-quality results.


  • A fantastic base salary of £25,000
