Our client are looking to explore this potential, and they want a Sales Development Representative to help them achieve this.
An independent family-run business, our client possesses a progressive and direct approach to solving common challenges in the packing industry. Built on a core of always being customer-centric, they put customer satisfaction above all else. They’ve built up a reputation as a go-to for people and companies who require packing solutions, supporting global brands such as Pepsi, Amazon and Disney! Their successes have led them to a period of growth, and they’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative to help them continue their growth.
This Sales Development Representative role would see you seeking new business, using your abilities to find potential customers with a need for packing solutions. You will open new deals and gain momentum with potential customers before handing them over to the Account Management team who will close the deal.
This role is perfect if you want to take the next steps in your promising sales career. Our client are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of success in a B2B sales role, so if you have sales skills and some experience in the bank, then we want to hear from YOU!

  • You will seek needs from potential clients, using your excellent sales skills to get the ball rolling.
  • You shall open up conversations and progress deals forward before handing the client over to Account Management ready for close.
  • You will work from the office to seek new business for food AND non-food customers. The businesses you sell to will vary in size from SMEs to global corporations.
  • You will reach out to potential clients through a variety of mediums, with a big emphasis on getting on the phone.
  • You must continuously develop and maintain relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • You must constantly work towards, achieving and aim to exceed your sales targets.


  • A minimum of 2 years of success in a B2B sales role.
  • A strong sales mindset – see yourself as a “go-getter”.
  • Determined, resilient and driven.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be on the phone a lot so you should feel confident talking to anyone!
  • An understanding of how to target enterprise accounts would be beneficial.
  • A team player and willing to work closely with others.


  • A generous base salary of up to £35,000!
  • UNCAPPED commission – realistic year 1 OTE £75,000.
