As the Patient Communication and Feature Success Team Leader, you will be responsible for spotting new opportunities to improve patient communication, develop a team of thriving individuals and ensure that customer satisfaction levels are always exceeded.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will provide every patient with world-class customer service, actioning communication whenever required.
  • You will help create a DETAILED and FLAWLESS patient communication strategy, successfully implementing this across the team.
  • You shall constantly maintain and exceed customer satisfaction levels with STELLAR communication skills.
  • You will MOTIVATE and INSPIRE the team to reach and exceed targets.
  • You must lead by example and show others the way, helping develop them through training.
  • You will ensure that customer results are delivered promptly.
  • You shall identify potential product issues and use your expertise to take the appropriate action to resolve them.
  • You shall oversee the implementation of best strategies within dental practices to increase new customers and business revenue.
