As an Internal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for growing our team, sourcing top talent and helping to spread the AvA-V name. You’ll help continue AvA-V’s growth by placing quality hires in each of our divisions when required. You’ll have several tools to work with to source candidates, including social media, headhunting and dedicated job boards.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will headhunt the best internal talent for each of our internal divisions.
- You shall conduct bespoke campaigns to attract talent from a range of platforms.
- You must be involved in the whole recruitment process, from initial sourcing to telephone screening and sharing offers once successful.
- You shall build relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and offering 7-star support at all times.
- You may be required to collaborate on larger campaigns, attracting the best sales talent with a passion for fulfilling a prosperous career.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
- Previous experience in recruiting internal talent.
- Proof of consistent, successful billings.
- A desire to achieve personal and business-wide goals.
- Be able to work by yourself and with a range of internal colleagues.
- Have a flexible approach to working and be capable of managing multiple hiring projects.
- Confident, charismatic and convinced.
