SALARY: Basic salary £23,000 – £26,000 – Year 1 OTE £32,000

We provide performance support in the form of Bespoke Sales Training. We recruit and place top sales talent whilst also offering our clients an opportunity to future-proof their sales force with our Graduate Recruit to Train packages.
Due to our continued success, our sales division is expanding. We’re looking for an AMBITIOUS and MOTIVATED Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team and play a pivotal role in bringing in new business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will research and identify new sales opportunities for our 3 divisions – Sales Recruitment, Sales Training and Graduate Programmes.
- You will play a key part in sourcing key decision-makers within organisations globally, proactively reaching out to them to develop interest.
- You must develop B2B sales leads and relationships over the phone, winning trust in order to understand businesses and their needs.
- You will use digital tools to network, build rapport and communicate with prospects.
- You must successfully arrange appointments for the Senior Sales team to attend.
- You shall build and maintain relationships with potential prospects to keep them warm as often as required.
- You shall accurately update, maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring all clients move along the sales pipeline.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Sales role.
- Confident in speaking to those in senior positions such as Chief Executive Officers, Managers and Team Leaders… as these are who you will try to get through to on the phone!
- Driven, positive and can-do attitude.
- As you will be working with clients globally, you will need to be able to work outside of the usual ‘9-5’ hours when necessary.
- Self-motivated and able to effectively manage your day to ensure all targets are achieved.
- A willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones within a fast-paced sales environment.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
