STARTING SALARY: Up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus structure. OTE £37,500+

As the main point of contact for our clients, you will be providing the very best customer service there is, nurturing relationships throughout the whole post-sales journey whilst opening up opportunities to cross and upsell our services whenever possible.

  • Supporting the growth of the business by building relationships mainly with existing or past clients and increasing income revenue by generating new training or recruitment opportunities.
  • Being responsible for identifying new business opportunities with other companies or divisions directly related to existing or past clients.
  • Sending and chasing Terms and Conditions (for training and recruitment) and meeting sales targets.
  • Updating the CRM system with details of the activity, ensuring that all notes are accurate and deals are placed in the correct place.
  • Effectively planning activities for self to ensure income targets are met.
  • Booking online meetings in order to present the services offered by AvA-V.
  • Actioning and completing any adhoc tasks requested by a director or head of department.
  • Supporting any AvA-V employees in client services or other departments, as requested by your manager.
  • General administration.


  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales, BDM or Account Management style role.
  • Experience in meeting targets and helping others to meet their targets and KPIs.
  • Resilient to working under pressure with great time management skills.
  • A credible and professional persona with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Evidence of going above and beyond for clients and valuing customer excellence.
  • The ability to work in a results-orientated manner and consistently achieve income revenue targets.
  • Reliable and able to work in a confidential, accurate and compliant manner at all times.


  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • PLUS Month commission (based on the commission structure document), based on minimum income targets – OTE £35,000+.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holiday plus Christmas Close down period.
  • Your Birthday Off (post probation).
  • Ongoing support and training development with clear self-progression opportunities which allow the Account Manager to increase their basic salary and promote themselves to Senior Account manager by meeting set targets.
  • 39.5 hours working week. 8:30am-5:00pm Monday – Thursday & 8:00am-4:00pm on Fridays.
