SALARY: Up to £30,000 base salary – OTE Year 1-2 £60,000

For the last 25 years, our client have been designing, crafting and installing outstanding playground facilities across the UK. These spaces help kids learn by engaging them through play. As self-declared “Big Kids” themselves, they continue to grow and exceed expectations, and they’re looking for your help as a Business Development Executive to continue this journey.
Our client is looking for a PASSIONATE, DEDICATED and FUN individual to join the team to assist them with business growth. You will be great at approaching and communicating with clients, pitching your product and negotiating and closing deals. 
The Business Development Executive position is a fast-paced role that will allow you to reap the monetary awards whilst also providing children with the opportunity to have fun as they learn. If you want to make a difference to hundreds of lives by using your sales skills to earn great money, this role is perfect for you!

  • You will create meaningful relationships with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
  • You shall work in the field, visiting different locations and exploring the opportunities to pitch your services/products.
  • You will nurture relationships across multi-academy trusts, looking to win as many deals as possible.
  • You must develop new client relationships and create further business opportunities with your existing client base.
  • You must consistently exceed client expectations by providing attentive and thorough services.
  • You will engage and lead client-facing sales meetings, representing the business effectively through presentations and marketing collateral.


  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (field sales would be advantageous but not essential).
  • Be a recent graduate and hold a degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience with tenders.
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to make others feel at ease.
  • Dedicated to providing a high level of service to all clients with excellent communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed and motivated by targets and challenges.
  • Able to confidently work multiple tasks simultaneously whilst providing the same level of service and attention to all clients.


  • Up to £30,000 base salary with a realistic year 2 OTE £60,000
