LOCATION: Remote – South East Corridor & South West Corridor
 
SALARY: £55,000 base salary – Year 1 OTE £70,000

With all this in mind, our client are now looking to continue their fabulous success by hiring an Area Sales Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, pitching and selling services to potential customers, negotiating deals with clients and meeting with them face-to-face to help close and sweeten the deal. Our client are very much “work hard, play hard”, so if you put the effort into your work, you will reap all the rewards!
 
Our client are looking for an Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of privately owned leasing experience. This role requires you to be determined and driven by success, as you will be required to travel to South East England, South West England and Cheshire to meet with your clients, face-to-face. Fantastic for those who love to travel!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for targeting businesses with fleet sizes between 50 – 300 vehicles to win their leasing business.
  • You shall conduct outreach campaigns and use various sales techniques to discover untapped potential.
  • You will visit clients on-site to help you secure new deals and maintain existing relationships.
  • You shall use your experience and industry knowledge to continuously expand the client base and drive more business success.
  • You will need to conduct outbound calling to reach out to potential clients and book appointments to secure their services.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

  • A minimum of 3 years worth of successes in a privately owned leasing background.
  • Show proof of your successes in a challenging market.
  • Determination, resilience and the ability to always do your best.
  • Infrequent travel to offices in Cheshire is required, so you must be willing to make this commute.
  • Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to adapt your approach to accommodate the needs of customers and clients.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and also capable of working alone.

THE BENEFITS:

  • An EXCELLENT base salary of up to £55,000 base salary.
  • A generous bonus structure – realistic year 1 OTE £70,000.
  • Guarantee your commission for the first 12 months as you build your books.
  • Remote working! (Occasional travel to South East/South West/Cheshire will be required).
