Partnering with one of the world’s leading pioneers in software security, AvA-V proudly collaborated with Micro Focus on their recent Graduate Programme, sourcing 40 of the highest-quality graduate talent from the UK, Ireland and Europe to join their growing sales division.
Using social media, email campaigns, a variety of job boards, partnered with expert head-hunting, AvA-V proactively attracted over 1,900 graduates to apply for the programme.
Through multiple stages of assessments – telephone screening, virtual interviews, call simulations, a personality and profiling assessment and 5 virtual assessment centres – AvA-V successfully connected Micro Focus with the highest-calibre of ambitious graduate talent, all eager to begin their careers in sales.
