AvA-V’s Graduate programmes use a Group Interview format to ASSESS, RECRUIT AND TRAIN candidates exclusively for your business.

The first step in our Group Hiring Process is to source your candidates. We do these through a bespoke attraction campaign that allows us to find the best applicants. We combine job boards, email, social media campaigns and our internal database.
Once we have potential candidates, we will:
- Conduct an initial recorded screening interview that you can view on demand.
- Expertly narrow candidates down to the very best.
- Provide an extensive list of candidates who have successfully passed our screening interviews and will attend a group interview.
- Design and facilitate a Group Interview so you can view all candidates at once.
- Oversee the offer process and ensure your chosen candidates remain eager to start. We understand how volatile the job market can be, so we aid you in retaining great talent at this stage of the process.
- Provide your candidates with quality sales training that will set them up for success in their new roles.
Online or face-to-face, it’s entirely down to preference. Due to the number of quality candidates we submit for group interviews, we will use a suitable venue or hold a Zoom interview with all of your candidates. If you decide to hold a virtual Group Interview, the cost of the interview session is free!
Interview sessions are facilitated by one of our specialist trainers, allowing you to sit back and observe each candidate closely.
Group Interviews will last 1 full day in person or 3.5 hours virtually. This allows you to examine how the candidates complete tasks, who takes the lead and those who possess the raw potential you desire.
We also provide additional material to help you make the most informed decision. We can create candidate packs and conduct personality and profiling tests for every candidate to aid you when making your final decision.
Our Group Interviews will test the most vital skills that a Graduate needs. With tasks inspired by your business’s operations, you can quickly establish which candidates will best suit your business.

When conducting Group Interviews, we recruit candidates with raw potential and who possess key abilities for a salesperson.
We value attitude over anything, so if we spot a candidate with natural leadership capabilities, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, they will be invited to the Group Interview.
