Personnel management requires a good deal of forward planning. You not only need to meet demand in the immediate and short-term, but anticipate what and who you’ll need in the future. Plan ahead and you’ll get first pick on availability, especially with our 12 month programmes. We’re extremely proud that our proven training courses are so popular among organisations of all sizes and in all sectors, but it does mean that availability can be tight at certain times of the year.
If you have preferred months for training, get them booked in as early as you can. This enables you to plan around important events and bank holidays, especially when the calendar is looking a little different. Preparing for these changes to the calendar now will be crucial to the smooth running of your 2022.
